If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.

  • United States: 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days (depending on location).   

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your shipment.

Incorrect Address: 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. J6LESSON is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before the order ships. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

J6LESSON is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damaged item and packaging. we will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
